"Saya, loan takde masalah"...

"Saya , loan , no prblem.." "Loan boleh lepas ke..?"
Ini antara cakap-cakap customer dgn salesman...

Keje salesman bukan luluskan loan.. salesman boleh crita , rekomen aje....
bank yg punya kuasa mutlak utk luluskan loan.. kalau tak lulus tu cari lah alternatif lain.. mesti ada sebab..
Selalu nya, salesman bagi cara macamne nak buat..so customer kena dengar la..

Tapi customer kena terus terang dgn salesman sebelum submit loan.. Cerita elok-elok kalau ada CCRIS ke.. CTOS ke.. blacklist ke... payment sangkut ke.. ini semua penting untuk salesman buat analisa awal...sebab bank-bank ni ada kreteria-kreteria yang sikit berbeza..
Jangan la cakap "Ooo..saya loan takde masalah..." tengok-tengok... credit card sangkut.. keta kancil sangkut.. macamane............?
Satu lagi.. contoh kita anta loan kat Bank A, tapi tak lulus.. lepas tu kita anta Bank B.. jangan tak tau.. Bank B pun dapat trace yang loan ni penah masuk kat Bank A.
Saya ulang...jangan lupa ! terus terang dengan salesman..
Kepada salesman pulak, kena jugak diingatkan, segala maklumat / dkmen adalah confidential..jangan lah dijaja. Kalu ternampak ada salesman camni , jangan beli dgn dia...takde etika ni namanya..

MANA ADA SALESMAN YANG SAJA-SAJA TAK NAK BAGI LULUS LOAN...? HILANG AKAL APE..? SALESMAN HIDUP DGN KOMISYEN.. TAK LULUS KALU..MISS SYORUU...
